About Justin

 Justin mentors individuals on the path of self-awareness, mindfulness, and personal growth. His work centers on guiding people back to deeper awareness, love, and understanding of themselves.

Through mentorship, Justin helps individuals become aware of the thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that shape their lives—supporting them in releasing what no longer serves them and developing greater clarity, presence, and emotional resilience.

 He integrates a variety of practices into his work, including breathwork, meditation, thought inquiry, conscious conversation, and intentional awareness practices. These tools help individuals deepen their emotional intelligence, experience greater stillness, and reconnect with their inner wisdom, the Beloved.

Justin also serves as a Shaman, facilitating plant medicine ceremonies and guiding individuals through transformational experiences with care, presence, and deep respect for the process, allowing Spirit and awareness to work through the experience.

 In addition to one-on-one mentorship, he leads breathwork, toning, and meditation experiences for individuals in person, for groups, and for communities around the world.

 At the heart of Justin’s work is a simple mission: to help people reconnect with awareness, Spirit, and the deeper love and understanding that already lives within them.

This offering is designed not only for individuals seeking healing and transformation, but also for those who feel called to deepen their understanding of sacred medicine work, ceremonial facilitation, or the development of intuitive and channeling abilities.

The ceremony is only one part of the process. Who you become before and after is where the real integration happens.
